During his more than 20 years with The Redmond Company, Jim has worked as Chairman of the Board, Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and currently as President. Client satisfaction has long been of paramount importance to Jim. He is ever vigilant that the Redmond team thoroughly understands each client’s needs. Next, his focus is on how our company can apply value added real estate consulting, design, and construction solutions to benefit our clients. After construction is complete, Jim stays in touch with his clients, making certain the project continues to meet their needs. Jim is a goal-oriented management professional with over 25 years experience assisting Redmond’s development customers in preparing economic feasibility analysis, real estate pro formas, and financial projections for over three million square feet of real estate developments. These projects have involved lease negotiations and development for some of the nation’s top retail tenants, additionally, Jim has worked with international industrial tenants in leasing, development, and consulting.

Marty uses his more than 18 years of financial project experience to generate new consulting and design/build opportunities. In his position, Marty acts as the team leader from the conceptual phase through full architectural/engineering services and other pre-construction activities. He handles all demographic research, due diligence, planning and zoning, brokerage, in respect to the needs, goals and values of prospective clients before any contract is signed.

Director of Project Dev.
Andrew has worked in the construction industry for more than 17 years, with over 11 of those years specifically dedicated to the financial institution and real estate sectors. Through the years he has served as project manager and owner's representative, overseeing the real estate acquisition, due diligence, programming, move coordination, planning, furniture & fixture coordination, design, and construction phases of projects. Prior to joining The Redmond Company, Andrew served as a project director in the corporate real estate office of a national financial institution. He works closely with the client, designers and builders during all phases to ensure the project moves from conceptual development through final construction in accordance with the client's needs, concerns, and goals.

Design Studio Manager
Bob is The Redmond Company’s Design Studio Manager. He has been successfully delivering financial, retail, and commercial projects for more than 14 years. He directs the firm’s innovative design department and effectively partners with the project management team to deliver exceptional design/build services to our clients. Bob’s passion for design is evident in the projects he has completed, especially those which have been recognized by Wisconsin Community Banking News, the Boulder Historical Society, Ski Magazine, and the Governor’s Smart Growth Initiative.
